On our À la Carte-list you will find some beautiful classics revived, or you can choose to indulge in our tasting menu to experience our vision of a luxurious evening out a century ago.

The inspiration for our menu comes from the great chefs of the era – and hours of research at the archives of the Hotel and Restaurant Museum.

All our wines are sourced from carefully selected old world producers of sustainable wines. Most have been producing wine for generations and have become good friends of ours.

Our wine list also contains some of the rare pearls from the wine cellar of Restaurant Ask.
